Most school leaders don't have a revenue problem. They have a money visibility problem.
Money slips out every month through spaces that aren't earning, schedules that bleed payroll, payment systems built on hope, and supplies no one is tracking.
These episodes show you where to look.
Space Optimization — How underutilized classrooms and time blocks quietly cost schools $96K–$130K a year — and the systems that fix it.
Schedule Efficiency — Why a 20-minute shift overlap across your team can cost nearly $28,000 annually, and how to build coverage that actually works.
Payment Systems — How to stop chasing tuition and install a predictable collection process that protects your cash flow.
Food Control — Why food budgets fail without baselines — and how to build rhythms that let you be generous without being wasteful.
Supply Management — How one leader cut supply costs by 50% not by cutting corners, but by building accountability into the rhythm.
Admin & Tech Systems — How to audit your tech stack, eliminate redundant tools, and stop the quiet drain on time and profit.
No spam. No pressure. Just six conversations that will change how you read your numbers.
I’m an Early Childhood Leadership Coach and the CEO of Schools of Excellence. I’ve worked with hundreds of EC Directors and School Owners who are working to build a School of Excellence with higher staff retention, teacher motivation, parent partnership, and collaborative culture.
I began my journey over a decade ago, teaching toddlers at the acclaimed Preschool of the Arts in New York City for 8 years until I continued my path into high studies and earned my Masters’s in EC and Special Education. In 2015, I started working with teachers and school leaders on the HOW part of creating excellence in their schools.
I’m a wife and mother of 4, my hands are full, and I understand what it takes to lead a large center and have a full-time job at home. It breaks my heart when I see so many dedicated school leaders sacrificing all of their time with their family and all of their self-care (what self-care?) to a school that feels like it’s constantly getting away from them.
